The Local Church Capital Stewardship Campaign will involve the following:

3-Year Commitment

The campaign commitments or pledges will run for a period of 3 years or 156 weeks. This will give the church the time necessary to complete its ministry expansion and site relocation.

3-Month Intensive Campaign

The actual campaign will begin with a 3-month concentration of prayer, fasting, communication and team work. This time will be used to communicate the future vision to the church family and community, and to challenge one another to hear from God regarding our personal commitment to the campaign

2 Important Dates

1. Campaign Launch Date

The Local Church Capital Stewardship Campaign and contract with IOL Stewardship Services will begin on January 1, 2006. Dr. Chambers, will serve as the church's IOL Consultant and will meet with team members on a specific date to formalize all campaign teams and begin the planning and communication process.

2. Church-wide Celebration

On a designated Sunday, the Local Church will meet to celebrate the first fruits of the campaign efforts. Everyone involved with Local Church will have had a chance to hear the 3-year vision and will be asked to finalize their financial commitment to the campaign.

IOL Stewardship Services Consultant

Dr. Jim Chambers of the Institute for Organizational Leadership will assign a Senior Planning Consultant from IOL for the capital stewardship campaign. Our consultants are experienced professionals with years of pastoral and ministry experience and a heart for God's work in local churches worldwide.
