Management

The Ministry Management Model from IOL allows you to organize and manage every program, ministry, and activity within your local church exactly the same way.

It reduces complexity so you can spend more time on the ministry tasks than are most important.  It also improves communication, coordination, and resource utilization because all staff and ministry leaders are trained the same way and use the same 10management centers to operate an efficient and effective program.

Contact the IOL office at 770-419-1716 or emails us at info@iolglobal.com for a free overview of the model and how to implement it in your local church.
